Privacy Policy

By SnapRenew Team. Last updated February 13, 2026.

Your privacy is important to us. This policy explains how SnapRenew collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our mobile app and website.

1. Information Collection and Use

We only collect personal information when it is necessary to provide our services. When you create an account, we collect your name and email address for authentication purposes. We collect information by lawful and transparent means, with your knowledge and consent.

For credits and purchases, we may also process operational billing and entitlement data needed to run the service, such as purchase event identifiers, product identifiers, transaction metadata, virtual currency (credit) balance and adjustment events, and related account identifiers used to sync credits.

2. Photo Processing

When you upload a photo for restoration, it is sent to our servers for AI processing. Your photos are:

  • Processed securely using third-party AI services
  • Not used to train AI models
  • Not shared with third parties for any purpose beyond processing your restoration
  • Deleted from our processing servers after your restoration is complete

Restored images are stored in your account so you can access them in your gallery. You can delete your restorations at any time from within the app.

3. Third-Party Services

SnapRenew uses the following third-party services to operate:

  • Authentication: We use a third-party authentication provider to manage sign-in and account security.
  • AI Processing: Photos are processed using third-party AI models to perform restoration, enhancement, colorization, and repair.
  • Cloud Storage: Your original and restored photos are stored securely in our cloud database.
  • Billing and Purchase Infrastructure: In-app purchases are processed through Apple App Store and Google Play, and RevenueCat is used to manage purchase and credit entitlement sync.

These services process data solely for the purpose of delivering SnapRenew’s functionality.

4. How We Use Payment and Credit Data

We use payment and credit-related data only to operate the service, including:

  • Fulfilling in-app purchases and syncing your credit balance
  • Preventing abuse, fraud, and duplicate event processing
  • Investigating and resolving billing/support issues
  • Maintaining operational and audit logs for transactions and credit adjustments

5. Data Retention

We retain your account information and restoration history for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time (see Section 8). We securely store all retained data to protect against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse.

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information or photos with third parties, except as required to operate the service (see Section 3) or as required by law.

The SnapRenew app and website may contain links to external sites that are not operated by us. We have no control over the content or privacy practices of these sites and cannot accept responsibility for their privacy policies.

8. Your Choices

You are free to refuse our request for personal information, understanding that this may prevent us from providing some features of the app. You can delete individual restorations from your gallery at any time.

9. Account Deletion

To request deletion of your account and all associated data, email us at support@snaprenew.com. We will process your request and remove all your personal information from our systems.

Deleting your account also deletes the account record used to maintain your in-app credit balance. Any unused credits remaining on the account at the time of deletion are permanently lost and cannot be restored or transferred to a new account.

10. Acceptance of Policy

By using SnapRenew, you accept our practices regarding privacy and personal information as described above. If you have questions or concerns about how we handle your data, contact us at support@snaprenew.com.
